Chris Clapham, founder of New Energy Ventures, joined the IconicShift Game Changers personal mentoring programme in January 2012.
Andrew Firth is co-founder of a financial services company, called Wakehurst. The Wakehurst team joined the IconicShift Leadership mentoring programme in 2012.
Herman Stewart creates mentoring programmes for young people and he also trains mentors. He believes everyone can and should mentor the young people they influence. He won a competition (called Pitchfest) in 2011 which gave him a free place on the IconicShift Game Changers personal mentoring programme starting in January 2012.
Kemi Laniyan owns a successful lettings agency in London called Desirable Homes. She met Mike via the Key Person of Influence Progamme (Mike runs a workshop called Perfect Pitch within this programme). Kemi then attended an Iconic Thinking workshop with Mike before joining the IconicShift Game Changers personal mentoring programme in January 2012 in order to build a new fashion business, focused on bringing the vibrancy of African originated fashion to London.
Mike mentored Daniel during the design and implementation of the Key Person of Influence Programme and the establishment of Daniel's new company Entrevo. The Entrevo team joined the IconicShift Leadership mentoring programme in 2012.

Mike worked with Andy in 2010 and 2011 after Andy had been appointed MD of Garlik.

Mike mentored Adam during 2010 and 2011 during which Adam was building his technology business and preparing for a successful exit, which happened in 2012.

Kevin Hollick is founder of Screenetics, a health screening and well being company. Mike worked intensively with the Screenetics team in 2009.

Leigh, the founder of Sasudi, started in an IconicShift mentoring group in 2012

IconicShift's unique perspective is not like any other business or mentor programme that I have come across. The attitude, insights and wisdom allowed me to step out of the 'legal mentality' and into an entrepreneurial mindset.
